Member rates are .99 per month and gives you full use of the site, educational information, insights on how to best use the system, what works and what mistakes to avoid. There is a small listing fee when you wish to post your property to a Matrix. The fees are .95 for an outside offer, and .95 for starting your own Matrix. There is no charge for uploading and managing your properties on the system. You can upload as many properties and pictures that you like. Please note that we are not agents in your real estate transaction. You must add your own property and do your own due diligence. We do not verify any of the information on wagie Inc. • To find an exchangor, who wants the property you have and has the property you want, use the Advanced Search feature. You will find a link in the top header of this web site.
• To review the new properties within the last few days, use the Property Search link in the left margin. Once on the Search Page scroll down to Detailed Search and select the Modified Within option. Add the number of days back you would like to view and click search.
• When you upload an image, use a jpg, png or gif file that is at least 640x480 pixels. This will give nice detail but will not take a long time to upload. We highly recommend that you keep all images less than 1024x768 pixels as this may cause viewing problems on some people's computers.
